Water Safety Week Monday 22nd June 2026 PC Geoff Coggin from Hartlepool Neighbourhood police team delivered a week of inputs/assemblies on Water safety to Hartlepool education providers , with the first session at St Hilds Secondary School Hartlepool and delivered “Water Safety “via pol-ed ( Police education ) to approx. 100 Year 7 students. Excellent session with the students getting really important information regarding how to stay safe in water and what to do in an emergency.

Tuesday 23rd June 2026 PC Geoff Coggin attended IncludED education solutions and delivered a “ Water Safety” input via POL-ED as part of water safety week.

Water safety week Thursday 25th June 2026 PC Geoff Coggin attended Barnard Grove primary School Hartlepool with PCSO Penka Zhivodarova and delivered an input on “Water Safety “via Pol-ed assembly to approx. 200 pupils. Excellent session with the students getting really important information regarding how to stay safe in water and what to do in an emergency and identify risks at the earliest opportunity.
Water safety week Friday 26th June 2026 PC Geoff Coggin attended Manor Academy Hartlepool and delivered an input on Water safety to approx. 170 Year 9 students’ Excellent session with the students getting really important information regarding how to stay safe in water and what to do in an emergency and identify risks at the earliest opportunity.
